1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded, within the framework of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant regulations, between the SELLER whose details appear below and the BUYER who purchases products/services electronically via the website www.sushisepeti.com.tr.

A. BUYER
The natural or legal person who shops on the site, whose name-surname/company name, address and contact information are declared on the order screen.

B. SELLER

By approving this Agreement electronically, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees to be obliged to pay the price of the product/service subject to the order, together with any additional charges such as shipping and taxes, if applicable.

2. DEFINITIONS

Within this Agreement:
LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts.
PRODUCT/SERVICE: Any goods or services offered for sale via sushisepeti.com.tr.
SELLER: The company whose details are set out above.
BUYER: The natural or legal person purchasing the product/service.

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER via sushisepeti.com.tr.

5. BUYER DETAILS

The name/company name, address, phone, and e-mail information declared during the order shall apply.

6. ORDERING PERSON DETAILS

The person indicated on the order screen and/or the person making the payment.

7. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and number of the product/service are indicated on the site.
Prices are those in effect at the time the product is displayed.
The VAT-inclusive sales price of the products, the shipping fee, and the total amount are clearly presented to the BUYER on the order screen.

8. INVOICE DETAILS

The invoice is sent to the address provided by the BUYER during the order or electronically to the e-mail address.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

(The following apply in summary:)

• The BUYER has been informed in advance about the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, and the payment method.

• The product/service shall be delivered within no later than 30 days.

• If payment is not made or is cancelled, the SELLER’s delivery obligation ceases.

• After delivery, product returns, the right of withdrawal, and refunds are carried out in accordance with the Law.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days. The withdrawal notice must be made in writing. The product must be returned unused and with its packaging intact.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products (e.g., food, custom orders, personal care products, etc.).

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

• Products nearing their expiry date

• Food and hygiene products

• Unsealed software and digital content

• Used or damaged products

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

In cases of non-payment or credit card objections/chargebacks, the bank and the SELLER may initiate the necessary legal procedures.

13. COMPETENT JURISDICTION

In consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s place of residence are competent.

14. ENTRY INTO FORCE

By placing an order on the site, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
